New Look, Again

I know, I know. I must do this every some odd months but I swear this is probably (one of) the last time(s)… hopefully. I went back to a more basic WordPress template which to some of you out there might scream unoriginality but I’d rather my words speak for me than the programming of another that I just happened to download off the net. Besides, as a web designer, as I can proudly call myself on something a little higher up than the beginning level, I do have to say that the code in this template is pretty sound.

I’m not fond of the nearly white screen before me and I do miss the old template dearly but it was too inflexible to my needs as an every changing and tinkering spaz. The header is just temporary, it was a test version of the current one on the other half of this site and it is awesome looking but I want something a little more… different… for my blog. I don’t want both my site and my blog to look the same exactly, just taste the same. Like cherry soda and cherry lip balm. They both have that berry goodness that makes you think of one when you taste the other but they’re still both distinctly different.

Before I run off to work on a longer post that’s been building up in my brain I have two quick questions for those of you who’ve been here more than once:

1. For those using feed readers: Are you having trouble with my feeds? Anything timing out, not loading, or just not allowing you to subscribe?
2. Is my comment reply notification thingy working? Any of you getting emails when I leave you a response?
