JC: That's understandable. It's the latter week of the NaNo plus I'm sure you have half a dozen other projects going on as well. :)

Deffinetly wasn't an Oprah moment for me though I will admit before finding them I had my fantasies. For me when I found the first brother it all seemed almost unreal and a little scary. I mean to tell myself that yes, I do have brothers, and have some bit of contact to reafirm it well, it's almost like an overload. I didn't know if I wanted to laugh, cry, or jump for joy till several days later when I was more sure I wouldn't wake up. With my brother James it was much the same but easier to accept because I actually have memories of him and to me he seemed like a more real person.
I have yet to meet either brother in real life. We pass emails and chat, share pics, and both of them have web cameras. I love them so much and am hoping to meet them in real life fairly soon.

Preetilata: Thankies, thankies, and thankies again. :)
I've added you to my blog roll as well and will deffinetly be visiting your blog again real soon.
As for my two private blogs: One of them is a work in progress for another project of mine and I just have it closed for the time being till I'm more sure of myself. The other one is some of my actual writing. If you're interested in reading the uber long tidbits posted there let me know and I'd be happy to add you as a reader. :)

I'm so behind on my blog reading but I did catch up and you have some great stuff on your site here and in other places :)

The blog you are starting is a good idea. I have a half-brother that was adopted and my mother died before she ever got to find anything out about him. I will say that with someone you didn't even grow up with a little it is odd meeting so it would be interesting to see if people post some of those situations as well. Too many people think that finding someone (especially in adoption situations) will be like an Oprah moment, but it isn't always.

Great stuff here over the last week I missed, I'll try to be more punctual on my reading!
